She’s married to Dave Sluberski, professor of audio recording for film/animation/gaming at the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Film & Animation/MAGIC Spell Studios, and broadcast audio recording engineer for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. When not on the mat or behind a mic, Sandra enjoys her pet Silkie hens, or works on cars in the garage with Dave, who enjoys being married to a yogini.
Sandra has used singing bowls from The Ohm Store for several years in her chanting workshops and in Kirtan group singing. She's also written online essays for TOS and will soon be collaborating with Ohm Store owners, brother-and-sister team Frank and Nikki, on a live web presentation. TOS sources their bowls directly from artisans in Nepal, importing small batches in order to ensure quality and fair trade practices. Visit them at The Ohm Store!
