She's also a Kirtan leader, training with Mike Cohen of the Kirtan Leadership Institute in Boulder, Colorado.
Her focus is on yoga for instrumentalists and vocalists;
this stems from her 40 years as a professional vocalist, vocal instructor/coach and voiceover recording artist.

Sandra is in her 23rd year on the voice faculty at the Hochstein School,
which honored her with the Faculty Service Award in 2013 and the Faculty Excellence Award in 2019.
She provides voice-over talent and audition coaching for commercial and media venues through
SBS Vocalworx & West Rush Media LLC. She was also the narrator for audio books available on Audible and Amazon Kindle.
Sandra is married to Dave Sluberski, audio engineer and professor of audio at
the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Film & Animation / MAGIC Spell Studios.
Dave is also the broadcast recording engineer for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.
When not on the yoga mat, behind a mic or at the keyboard, Sandra can be found
enjoying her pet Silkie hens, or in the garage working on antique cars with Dave
(who enjoys being married to a yogini).
